Baby Update

Apparently I failed biology! I thought that when fish had babies, they had a whole bunch of them at once, tonight as we were getting ready for bed, we fed the fish. As we were watching them eat there was a new little baby fish! Last month we had 1 baby fish too! I cleaned the fishtank today and changed the water...hopefully I didn't send any baby fish to the lake!

The fish in the middle of the picture is the new baby, the white one at the bottom of the picture is last months baby!

On a more serious note... we have a name for our baby, provided it comes out a boy! We are going to name him....

Nathan Edmund McKeehan

I am doing pretty good, getting a little anxiety about the pregnancy right now, apparently my placenta is at the front of my stomach, making my stomach feel softer when I push on it and making it so it is very much more harder to feel Nathan kick, which makes me a little ok alot more special needs/crazy/worried! Keith got me a fetal heartmonitor though, so that I can reassure myself when I am not feeling so confident!

Lost Lost Lost

David lost a tooth at school today!! He lost it at lunch while he was eating a fruit by the foot, so the tooth is all red and sticky, nasty looking! He was excited and said he didn't even know it was loose, he just was chewing his snack and then it got crunchy!

Third Grade!!

David started 3rd grade yesterday!! I can't believe that he is old enough for 3rd! He was not wanting to go to school Sunday night, as he was getting ready for bed he had a "stomach ache" and didn't think he'd be able to go to school. But, come Monday morning he was fine! I think he was just nervous!! He has a couple friends in his class from church, the neighborhood and from last year and has a really nice teacher! His only complaint is that they eat lunch at 11 and then go to PE. So he is constantly hungry, starving as he says! His school has an afternoon snack time this year, they got approved for a Fresh Fruit/Vegetable grant, which delivers fresh fruits and veges for snack in the afternoon, so they stop classtime for snack! He thinks that is awesome, just wished they could have something good for snack like ice cream, popsicles, or cookies!! Overall though, he had a great first day!!

What do you think??

We have had a really hard time trying to come up with names for this baby! We had a girls name picked out, but obviously don't need it! Convinced that this pregnancy would finally be a girl, we didn't even think about boy names...oops!! After spending the day online looking at boring, regular boy names that would fit in with David and Thomas, we narrowed our list down to Nathan, Jonathan and Benjamin, but Benjamin McKeehan is to much of a mouthful, so it is down to Nathan and Jonathan! Vote on the right -----------> for your favorite!

BOY!!!

That's right! We are having ANOTHER boy! Here is our little boy, with his heartbeat!
This one is a 3D profile shot, his right arm is over his eyes, the bumpy thing on top of his stomach is his umbilical cord and he has his legs crossed at the ankles
This one is a front shot of our little alien baby!
We have absolutely no ideas on boy names... so any suggestions are more than welcome! Kindof want something traditional, strong and that will fit in with David and Thomas, and it would be great if it could be shortened to the first letter of the name, like we call David, D and call Tommy, T!

Baptism Day!!

Yesterday, David got baptized by his dad and confirmed by Grandpa McKeehan!!
What a special day it was for our family! We are so proud of David for making the choice to get baptized. Thank you Grandpa McKeehan for flying out from Colorado to be here for it and for the rest of our family for traveling to be here for David's special day!
